Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel or modify an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we may not be able to cancel it, change the shipping address, or intercept the package.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, any additional fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
